Our menus are inspired by a passion for creating experiences with a hint of surprise, using local, restaurant-quality ingredients. Our chefs draw from years of personal experience; a roster of award-winning restaurants; and Atlanta’s bounty of farmers, producers, and specialty vendors to deliver a unique level of authenticity and diversity. Menus update seasonally to present the best market ingredients among an ever-changing culinary landscape. Choose from chef-curated packages or work with our catering team to customize the perfect menu for your event.

Chef Drew was born and raised in a small beach town outside Tampa. His culinary journey began as a dishwasher and prep cook in mom-and-pop restaurants, and he soon knew he wanted to be in the kitchen forever.

His career grew at large resort properties, hotels, and independent restaurants, teaching him valuable skills along the way. He moved to Atlanta 20 years ago to witness major changes in the city and join its vibrant culinary scene, from curating private wine dinners to working for the Atlanta Falcons.

Chef Drew enjoys live music, watching the Braves, and throwing darts with friends.

Originally from Southern Los Angeles, California, Nia moved to Georgia in 2005 and quickly found the meaning of Southern Hospitality. She graduated from Georgia State University with a dual degree in Finance and Hospitality Administration. Being in the heart of the city for college, she was surrounded by the Hospitality industry and was quickly pulled in.

Nia’s experience in the hospitality industry ranges from fast food restaurants to fine dining, corporate sponsorship activations with the WNBA and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Brand, beginning as a hostess, then promoted to a Meeting and Special Events Manager.

Outside of work, Nia enjoys spending time with friends, family and furthering her education.
